Privacy & Terms

Plain-language versions are below. The short story: we don't collect your location, we don't sell data, and there's no account.

01Privacy Policy

LAST UPDATED: 19 JULY 2026

Ghost Squadron Solutions ("we," "us") builds the TenDigit application. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with your information. It is written to be read, not to hide behind.

The short version

TenDigit has no user accounts, collects no analytics about your location or movements, and does not sell or share personal data. Your position stays on your device.

Information the app uses on your device

Team communications

If you use the encrypted chat and sharing features, messages are end-to-end encrypted and relayed peer to peer through a public message broker. The broker relays ciphertext only; we do not have the keys to read your messages and do not store their contents.

What we do not collect

Third-party services

The app fetches map imagery and parcel data from mapping and government sources to display and cache maps. When you follow a link out of the app (for example, to the App Store or to a county records page), that destination's own privacy policy applies.

Children

TenDigit is a general-purpose navigation tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above and post the revised version here.

02Terms of Service & EULA

LAST UPDATED: 19 JULY 2026

These terms govern your use of the TenDigit application and this website. By using them, you agree to what follows.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use TenDigit on devices you own or control, for lawful purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the app's source or bundled data except as permitted by law.

Not a survey. Not a substitute for judgment.

TenDigit is a reference and planning tool, not a certified navigation or survey instrument. Map imagery, elevation, and property boundaries are provided by third parties and may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete. Property lines shown in the app are approximate and are not a legal survey; do not rely on them to determine legal boundaries, access rights, or the location of hazards. GPS accuracy varies with conditions. Always cross-check with official sources, maintain independent means of navigation, and use your own judgment in the field. Your safety is your responsibility.

Property and parcel data

Parcel information is sourced from public government GIS systems and is provided for general reference only. Ownership, acreage, and boundary data may be wrong or stale. Verify with the county or state of record before making any decision that depends on it.

Communications

You are responsible for the content you transmit through the app's sharing and chat features and for complying with all laws that apply to your communications and your operations.

No warranty

The app and website are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in any given location.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ghost Squadron Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any loss arising out of your use of or inability to use the app, including any reliance on map or property data.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
